Our Code of Ethics
SunflowerUX was founded as an ethical customer experience consultancy dedicated to helping ambitious companies grow their business the right way — by putting customers first. That’s not just good advice; it’s how we work as well. Our code of ethics is a promise that we will treat you fairly and ethically, and always put your business first.
Specifically, we will:
1. NEVER hold your money hostage
We offer an uncomplicated, flat-fee weekly retainer for your planning convenience and peace of mind. You’ll get quick results when you need them for a fixed cost. You can cancel at any time and receive all the work you have paid for. There is no minimum subscription period, no onboarding fees, no cancellation fees, no extra fees of any kind.
2. ALWAYS do our best to understand your requirements
Every business is unique. We will take the time to understand your business needs, your goals, your customers, your online presence and where our input can make the greatest difference. If anything about your requirements is unclear we will ask, not tell.
3. ALWAYS act in your best interests
We are committed to giving you the most valuable, cost-effective service possible. Your business needs and priorities will always come first. We will never recommend work you don’t need or pressure you to continue retained services. If you need services that we can’t provide, we will help you find someone else who can.
4. ALWAYS be great to work with
We will treat you with respect at all times. We will listen, honour your experience and respect your point of view. We will never insist on anything you are not comfortable doing. We will set work priorities together. We will stay in contact and be there for you when you need us. We will be a positive and encouraging presence in the life of your business. We will be responsible -- and responsive -- if something goes wrong. If we make a mistake, we will fix it promptly and without fuss.
5. ALWAYS welcome you back
Former clients have an open door to return when the time is right again. We will do everything possible to prioritise returning customers and fit them back into the work schedule. We look forward to being a reliable and trustworthy partner in the success of your business.
